Winding up of Manual Panerai Watches.

Hi All,

What is a good practice for winding up your Manual Watches? or the number of times/turns (?) to keep it running for 48hrs

Is there a 'Maximum' that one can go before problems start?

I played with the Pam 217 and loved it and decided on the Pam 127.... Now I am hugging it to sleep ha2 and making my partner a tat jealous... She (is a tat petite 5'2") wants an 40mm..., I wasnt paying attention to the unit she chose... Should I convince her to get the 44 instead?... So that I can wear it too .... sneaky huh! Ha2
