What's is with all the people wearing Panerais all of a sudden?

Jon Cryer wore one tonight on Two and A Half Men, Jesse Palmer wore one tonight during the telecast of the game between Standford and Washington, Rush Limbaugh has one and David Gregory of Meet the Press has one. What gives? I love the fact that the "Watch Snob" hates Panerai because I think it helps keep Panerai from douche bags that really don't appreciate its diving history or its look. As much as I love rap music I am hoping and praying they never mention it. They mentioned Ferragamo shoes (of which I am a huge fan) but that style is not condusive to a hip hop look, Panerai is. No one knows what I wear and I want to keep it that way!

Selfish? Yes.

But look....RUSH LIMBAUGH has one....that should be cause for alarm RIGHT THERE!

I don't think Panerai has become hot all of a sudden.

I work in the entertainment industry. Panerais are some of the most commonly seen timepieces on entertainment and media personalities' wrists. You should be pleased that you were at the forefront of the brand's popularity. Best, Daos

have publicized the brand in a significative way, of late. In the two Expendables movies, everyone and their brother's were wearing a Panerai. I think that in the celebrities circles, these days, people feel there should be a Panerai in their watch stable...

I was referring to the Bronzo...

that everybody's wearing on the Expendables. To the 335 he was wearing in the first....the Egiziano that he and Arnold sport at every opportunity, lately, not just to the Sly "collection".... Ciao - Sergio

Panerai's became real popular many many years ago

I've been seeing them on strangers' wrists for quite some time now as well as on actors' wrists on TV. At least one good benefit of all this is it helps build a nice foundation for value retention. Cheers, Anthony
