First forgive me if these questions are elementary - I have tried to do some research on this through the web but really have not found any satisfactory answers. 1) Pre Vendome Models - ok these are models that were made when Panerai were "re-introduced" ... 

and answering it would take a good 5000 word assay. My only word of advise - if you are starting with Panerai, don't jump to pre-V before you understand it. Don't expect to be educated withing one week and perhaps it would be better to go contemporary fir...
