Unveiled Secret: more impressive in the flesh then in pictures but ...

I had the chance to see this beauty in the flesh today. I remember that many purist seemed to have reserved on this latest iteration when it came out. While the darker look is really cool in the flesh as it helps legibility and there is truly a three dimensional effect to the dial/movement, I also find we see less of the movement details compared to the steel 2022 version. Don't get me wrong you do see the movement but as many components have been darkened I find it harder to see all the nuances.
For now it did not come home with me but it still represent a very impressive piece of horology on the wrist!

I think I still prefer the steel version from last year ... What do you think?

I like the dial treatment, but don't like the case faux distress.
