My Minerva calibre 13.20 is back from Villeret Did a service of the complete watch And it looks brand new (better then when purchased from auction) And went pretty fast... And once wearing it: gorgeous watch....

MB gave me a nice certification of origin with all needed info Was made and sold (no idea where/to whom) in 2003

the movement is a feast for the eye !!

It sure seems Montblanc/Minerva have gotten the customer care business down pat.
