But since this is a very limited production to suit particular tastes, I feel happy for those who would acquire this and appreciate the artwork.

I am not so much a fan of serpents or dragons myself. But that LE 18 edition haunts me still

Indeed there are many ways the snake could have been designed - I guess Montblanc wanted to align with the design of the serpent on the pen clip of the historic “Rouge et Noir” fountain pen to make it their 110th anniversary watch. The LE non anniversary ...
