A suede strap with a retro feel definitely goes well with the watch.

As others have suggested, find something in blue perhaps...matte, not glossy. No alligator or croc. Simple matte calfskin might work. Should have enough thickness to stand up to the size and weight of the watch. Let us know what you choose. Would love to ...
