Whenever I walk into one of my local AD's, the first place I always look is the second hand counter. The used watches just seem more interesting than the new items on display. I suppose that this says something about who I am (not sure what it says...). I...  

We don't see the NS Chrono too often, here. Which is surprising, as this watch has some serrious assets, its look, its tool character, and its combination of second time zone and chrono functions, even if the time zone is less useful than on other watches...

And, I was rather surprised by the different GMT implementation. My only thought is that this was easier/cheaper to produce, for the MC GMT version is hand's down a better working solution. --Sancerre

I have the same complain about this watch. The second time function, I also have another jlc a dualmatic, and the gmt works like you other jlc. Really want to know why on earth they make a diferent function on the navyseals. I already emailed jlc but they... 

After all, some GMT watches see their complication not linked to the date. The JLC Navy SEALs is not the olny one in this case. Is it regrettable to not have gone to the 2d step and to not have linked it with the date? Yes. Does that detail remove any int... 

As I stated, I was disappointed with the GMT feature; but as Nicolas suggested, this short coming does not take away the value of this watch. When comparing to the MC GMT/Dualmatic, this NS movement is an entirely different beast. Number of pieces: 975H: ...  

I've actually been thinking about this watch lately, my main hesitation remains the 46.3mm size which I think it a bit too much on my 7 1/4 wrist, even if I'm 6'1"/185cm - just too much presence, I'm afraid. I'd love to see some more wrist shots if you co...

My wrist is average in size I believe, measuring almost exactly 7 inches (18 MM). Here is a shot, sorry for the poor photo, I find taking shots of watches bad enough, but self portrait wrist shots are quite challenging - especially with a full sized DLSR....
