I am looking to get a new watch. Initially my first choice was a Panerai 212 1950 Flyback, however now I am considering a few other Panerai's including PAM 214, and others with an open back and black face. I am also liking two JLCs as well - Master Compre... 

I like the weight (not much of it) relative to its size, and the strap-change mechanism is child's play: no tools required. In the end, get what you like, but even with my 6-1/2" wrist, I find the EWC VERY wearable. -Dean

best. Go for EWC. It's a fantastic watch. EWC with OEM black croco strap JLC MCD GMT with Blue Jeans strap Be creative. You can do strap changes for your JLC too....

Hi, Between a Pam 212 or 214, and a MC Chrono ( 41,5 mm ) or an EWC ( 46,3mm ), I'd would be tempted to opt for the JLCs, and more precisely on the EWC. The watch is big, but it is quite easily wearable, and comfortable on the wrist. Now, if your wrist is... 

The EWC is the way to go if it feels good on your wrist and you like the design as much if not better than the other watches. The EWC has so much going for it and at a relativley reasonable price (still expensive, but for what you get, it is a bargain). I... 

The EWC would be the way to go in terms of having all the modern innovations ,not to mention a great in-house movement.
