Very interesting post, Jerome

During my holidays, I was thinking about this recent SIHH, and let's not forget that the next one will come earlier, in January 2009, from the 19th till the 24!

JLC released great watches, this year as they did the 3 or 4 last years, showing their dynamism, their creativity, and their sense of innovation.

We don't have to forget that JLC has something very unique...

They, this year, produce 63 ( !!! ) different movements, and I'm allowed to tell you all that some 7 new movements will be presented at the next SIHH.

So, in thiese crossing ways between the recent past and this very close future, I was wondering what watch would me my favourite, among all these novelties, and what woudl I be pleased to see in a very next future...

Seems that we thought about the same thing, Jerome...LOL

So, my recent favourrite watch of this year is, but i'm partial, the new Polaris, as for me it is a very nice re edition of a mythical model, but also a sign of affection...and friendship.

I had to digest all these novelties, and some months after this SIHH, I can say that YES, this is the Polaris, my favourtie watch.

The Gyro II is a piece that will stay in my craziest dreams, I fear...But if I had the money, I'd jump on it without hesitation.

The very nice thing is the evolution of the MUT...A timeless, class, and very elegant watch.

So JLC allowed each of us to dream, to desire, and to save some money to get the Watch we really want, in different levels of budgets, for all the budgets, should I say...

As for this very close future, I'd like to see a Grande Complication, something stunning, whiwh let us all really..Breathless...

I also hope to see some new innovative offers from JLC, something imprevisible, really amazing.

And, last but not least, about the re editions.......

JLC has a very nice heritage, something really impressive.

I hope that each 3, 4 or 5 years, JLC put the light on one of its past treasure...And they are quite a lot, between the Géophysic, the Géomatic, the Memovox, the future Matic, the Pilot Watches, and some other Divving watches like the Deep Sea Alarm, or the Master Mariner Deep Sea...

Holidays are not finished, my friend, they are, as dreams, necessary...LOL
