To my taste, in addition to the windows on the dial I would eliminate the plate with the Nr. of the caliber: an element that disturbs me a lot (as in the 3 bridges of GP). Top! [nt]

This combination of RG and grey has always been fantastic.

Agree with what others have said, love the dial color but not so much the cut-outs...
