This may not help much.

To the best of my knowledge, the Reverso Grande GMT and the the Reverso Grande Sun Moon (pictured on the left) share the same XGT case size while the Grande Reverso Duo and the Grande Reverso 976 (pictured on the right) are likewise.

So for the purpose of case size comparison, this photograph should be of some use although the watches are not placed side by side and square against the camera. As you have already tried the Grande Reverso Duo on, I will tell you that the Reverso Grande GMT is thicker but also shorter. On the wrist, the XGT (Grande GMT and Grande Sun Moon) feels more pronounced on the wrist while the Grande Reverso (976 and Duo) is more flat against the wrist, at least to me.

BTW, the sizes I have found for these two watches case thickness is 11.3mm (Grande Duo) and 12mm (Grande GMT).

The difference in thickness is not important, almost not noticeable.

The big question is, for you, to know which one you prefer. No one than you can answer this question. As for the Croc strap, count around 300 / 350 euros to get an JLC signed one. But you always have the aftermarket alternative... Best, Nicolas
