The Geophysic True Seconds is one of my favorites from JLC.

In fact, the movement is for me the most interesting new development from JLC since the Duometre.

I still associate JLC strongly with innovative movement technology and this is a given for this watch.

I would wish for a black or dark grey dial version.
The date, if there has to be one, should at least have the background color of the dial to make it more discreet.

Nice and very à propos, this background. As an extra bonus, these 2 are not bad, either. I would change the jacket, on the last one, for a more " roots " one... As for the watch, I will post the review a bit later, but I can already say that it is eye cat...

As always, a great composition. Nicolas, are you on the Nautilus today?

I dont like the true seconds tho. Reminds me of the reason why i buy expansive watches: to not be a quartz guy

What a nice movement! I really like this a lot!

With a text. For all the others with pictures. I start to like this piece.

Thank you! A great movement indeed! The seconds hand still does not convice me, though.

One of my go to pieces and I love it. I also think it is very photogenic. I'm in the minority that seek out the date window, find it a handy function for recording the date of multiple meetings I find myself in, but I do wonder whether it would have benef...

..judged on its own merits. The movement is really interesting and the blue dial is stunning. But it’s even more of a chimera than the standard model - the lume plots on the rehaut, the cross-hairs and the name on on the dial all say “Geophysic”, while th...
