Thanks for the compliment, kit. Here's how I did it.
Four pieces of white foam boards and a DSLR with hot shoe mounted flash.
Lay one board flat down and place watch on top. Place the other three pieces vertically on the left, the right and the top to create an open box.
Point the flash up straight so that it points to the ceiling when you hold your camera parallel to the ground. When you swing your camera down to face the watch, the flash will then be pointing at the top foam board.
Focus and take the shot. The light will bounce off the white foam board, creating the kind of diffused, non-frontal lighting that you see in this pic.
Hope this helps.

Most conspicuously, the Grande Sun Moon lacks a date indication. So long as it could fit in a reasonable sized case, the model you suggest would be sublime!
Very classic

It is fun to compare the predecessor and the successor. It highlights the essential features of the Sun Moon: art deco styling, markers for the second hand rotated -90°, not to mention the simple, but unique combination of complications. I would be curiou...

Although at first glance, I thought the beauty might have fallen apart And a wonderful collection. Thank you for sharing. I also really enjoyed your post on that Geomatic's history! It's great to see the family resemblance in your picture.
