You may be right! It's pretty hard to tell from pictures especially the way the dials reflect differently under different light!
That's good, dial colour is not a huge factor so we're happy with either. We can't find anything else that may be different between the 2. Even the movement is the same.

If I am not misinformed the two have different references because; Ref 265.81.20 have classic silver/grey dial While the; Ref 265.8.08 have the same dial design but “ice blue” (light blue/purple) colour area inside the minutes marks. But I might be wrong ...
