Hi
First of all I want to salute the new tribute Deep Sea, it looks fantastics and I hope one day I can add it to my JLC tribute collection!
But first, I will be going on a vacation and was wondering if the leather strap on the Polaris 68 can be used in swimmingpools and at the beach without being damage.. My AD said, that the strap was coated with some material that should make it more strong for water activities.
Does anyone have the experience?

Don't even think about it. You want to have some water activities with your TTP 68? Take a Nato, or a tropic, but not the original strap. Best, Nicolas.
