that there is only 1 pusher to change all data (Month, Day, Date, Year and moon). In fact, the watch is programmed to function where you live. So, did you buy your watch in Switzerland? Or from another country? You should ask JLC to re-program your watch....
right there is only one button

and I did buy in Switzerland I don't recall it being wrong but has been some years ! I have it on the winder and is really nice (beside being a bit tricky to read even with good glasses) the glashütte much easier to read

your JLC moon phase is a few days off. Has it been so since you purchased it? In such a case, it might be just a sloppy work when setting the moon phase disc & sloppy QC. In case this developed over the time, the problem is likely in the perpetual calende...

when I bought it I assumed the moonphase was right and it probably was (bought it from the JLC boutique) but not entirely sure. Unfortunately if I advance the day all will advance and you can't go back the case for my brother was even worse. His watch rea...

For my GO, I have found the best way to get the moon phase right on is to set the date to the last full moon date. Then adjust the moon phase with the pusher until it is perfectly centered. I’ve noticed it may take advancing through to the 2nd full moon t...
thank you rounder

I think on the go the pusher at 9 only moves ahead the moon right? The GO is a recent acquisition so I can bring it to be set if needed. Good to know about the issues with the module. Given what my experience is + the one of my brother with the same watch...
