My watch of the week end: Lecoultre Polaris 1968.

No need to introduce this one, as it certainly is one of the most famous vintage Jaeger Lecoultre.
I suddenly remembered that I bought it exactly 9 years ago. And that I lived many moments with it on my wrist.
In 9 years, I had it serviced at the Manufacture, I found a NOS plexy, I took hundreds of pictures with 4 different cameras, I can't remember how many times I changed the strap, to come back to its original one.
It travelled with me almost everywhere in the world.
A pleasure Watch. An icon.
An intense feeling of happyness when I was able to finally put my hands on it.
9 years after, nothing changed. I have more watches, nowadays, but pleasure and love are still strong, intense.
To me, it is not the nicest vintage JLC, but probably one of the coolest.
It was Worth a fresh picture to celebrate its 9th birthday!
Best,
Nicolas
