Sounds a lot like my IWC Ceramic Doppel LE. IWC later released the Top Gun edition, non LE, and 2mm larger.
In my case, 44mm is optimal, 46 is just too large, so I think the LE version is the way to go for me.

There will be a new version which is strictly the same than the 44mm previous version, in Titanium Grade 5. This new Diving is 46,3mm big, instead of 44mm, and this is not a LE. These details apart, this is exactly the same watch. Best. Nicolas
