My plan was to open a bubble tea shop, then...... I was so mad, really! But then i pieces I loved with price reductions unheard of. So, here I am hahaha.

... could have been worse, you might have actually opened right before this. Now you can pick up a retail lease on the cheap, start the bubble tea place off with a massive discount to the rent 👍

There are a lot of hurting shopping centers, even in NYC/Manhattan, if you can convince them that you're awesome and you'll drive traffic they would have given you a sweet deal before covid-19. Post covid 19 they might have to pay you 😂. It has to be a go... 

Or maybe tie rent to earnings, or something like that! I need to talk to some people. Was going to deal with a guy who already had a chain of dessert places, and I wanted to try something small with him, low risk and capital. Like an express dessert shop ... 

Can print cash if you can find an opening. That's another area that might be a good post post covid opportunity! If you got a good deal on the EL2 and you end up with a great location with a covid discount its win win! At least, that's what you can tell t...

Great watches but when I looked longer at them, I couldn't help but notice some strange details that I dont understand. For instance, the chrono has the complication on the right dial, the moonphsae has it on the left. The chrono has the large second hand... 

And if you had to choose between one of these duometre's and the Lange Emil which one would choose? -D-
