If you really must know...
you use a crystal lift and squeeze the plexiglass crystal and then pull it out.
BUT, be warned that other than possibly runining the movement, there is a chance that the crystal will shatter (especially if it's seen some use).
Find a capable watchmaker who would be able to take care of that for you.
