I think that, as buyers, we all have the right to wish for anything...
...that fulfills our particular demand or need for usage. And if that demand is echoed by an adequate number of buyers, the manufacturers will most likely find a way to capture that demand and make it a win-win situation for all. Let's keep our hopes up, annual calendar and otherwise. 
This new Grande Reverso Calendar is a very good example. I've always been saying I want one with this exact layout and this year here it is.

That Reverso would be great if had considered an Annual Calendar. It seems I have to wait another year to probably see that complication in a modern JLC. Why JLC doesn't consider the Annual Calendar complication? From my perspective, this Reverso Calendar...

Regarding the Reverso Triple Date..
Let's say its April 30th, and the next day (clearly) is May 1st. The calendar will show April 31st, so one has to change the date and month? Haven't seen a complete (is that what they're called?) calendar so forgive my ignorance.

You have to correct the date, because the mechanism doesn´t “know” that month doesn’t have 31 days. If that watch would be an Annual Calendar, the mechanism has the “knowledge” to know the exact days for each month, with the exception of February, because...
