During the JLC True Second launch and prior to collect my Geophysic Universal Time True Second, the sales representative keeps telling me the one I am about to get has a piece missing from the regular production. I was totally baffled to what he was sayin...

It is a question of balance and "space occupation". However, I would have liked to be informed before I purchased the watch. I'm sure they would accept to change if not happy with the outcome though. Congratulations for your purchase Ian, it is a very nic... 

I recalled the sales explained over and over again the first batch comes without the bridge and that alone is worth getting. I was later presented the photo with the bridge in place. This UT is one masterpiece...

.... have at least three less components/parts than announced (1 bridge + 2 screws) ? Anyway, nice finding, and it's always a pleasure to look at these movement in details (and that without having to open the case). All the best, Etienne
