I suspect from what you've said that it may be original but it's hard to tell without more detail. Can you post a picture of it? 270=Reverso Grande Taille and it sounds like a Duo. Can you give any other features? For instance is there a power reserve indicator or a day/night indicator? What color is the metal? Where did you find it - US, Europe or Asia?
