The movement is the cal. P800/C, but I've never seen it. It runs so well that I've never bothered to have it taken apart.

Yes, it looks like you have a nice 1901, here. Cal 818 inside, form the Sixties. If you have access to your movement number, we could tell you, a bit more precisely, its year of release. Best, Nicolas
