Jaeger-LeCoultre

Finally got a camera on this

Sorry for the lousy past pictures of my RGR in the past, to the lament of Armanico. Now that i got myself a Canon Ixus, it's time to show this beauty to the world.

It's been my daily wearer since i got it. I don't know why, but i'm drawn to the simplicity and understatement of this piece.

The jumping power reserve aperture showing the 8 day reserve. Pretty neat mini-complication. Someone here once asked me if the number jumps at the same time every day. It took me a while, and i realised it doesn't because the watch is wound to a different extent each time. It's a real luxury playing with the numbers on a lazy weekend.

The back of the watch.

I particularly like the perlage work on the backing of the watch. The watch swivels smoothly too with a nice click securing it in place.

Lastly, the deployment buckle which is a pure joy to us. The length of the bracelet can be adjusted manually to fit our changeing wrist size.

Happy holidays guys, and Merry X-mas in advance.
