I will not speculate if this is a fake or not... BUT, JLC did use 2 godrons and not 3 in some of the 80's Reverso! Please see attached scan from 1983 catalogue. Alos not sure if this only applied to Quartz Reverso or not... The 80's are a big blur for me....  

Is written... Not what we used to see with JLC products, even of this era. Can't help more, here, as this is not my favourite field, I mean, the 80ies, when it comes to watches. Best, Nicolas

In the 80's a new generation of Reversos were designed:

and I just checked, "Reverso, the Living Legend," and on page 110 is the same model with the same weird "Swiss Made" font, but in all-gold. It's legit. -Dean
