Caliber 896, great performance!!!
Hello everybody...
I downloaded an application called WatchDrift (for Mac) to get more information about my watches performance. I have measured my three JLCs for a week and I am surprised about my Master Ultra Thin performance (Caliber 896).
This watch has had a variation of 1.3 seconds (of increment) per day (approximately)!!! My other two watches owns caliber 899 and caliber 751a/1 and both has daily variations of more than 7 seconds.
Do you know if caliber 896 has been used for another important manufacture? What can you tell about caliber 896? Please, share your knowledge...
Note: I know this application it's not comparable with the specialized tools used by the watchmakers, but gives more information besides my perception.
Thank you.
