According to one of my contacts at the manufacture, the E 399/1 has these less slender lugs. The difference is in the lugs. Slender: E 399. Less slender: E 399/1.

If my memory serves me correctly, I think that the /1 indicates that the movement is the Cal 883, while without the /1 it is the Cal 881.
So, it is not possible to tell without opening the case back and seeing what's beating inside. Once again, if my memory serves me well... Best, Nicolas
