Why did you have to change the bridge to a different color?

If they can't provide parts on demand, that's the true mark of luxury. That being said, I like the new looks too!

I suppose you're lucky you like the new bridges as It doesn't seem like you had a choice. Although from your first picture it looked like just damage to the bezel did they really need to change all those movement parts? or had the knock damaged the moveme...

As a fellow EL2 owner it hurts to see the first picture. Great that JLC could bring it back to life, so to speak. Given that the watch was marketed not just for its technical brilliance but also for its durability, I wonder what kind of fall caused the da...  

I actually thought the watch could withstand a lot (“Extreme Lab”) — or was the fall really that severe? All the best Thomas

The fact that such a complex watch can be serviced is a miracle.
