Our common interest in watches can't by any means be motivated by reason. It is driven by feelings and therefor passion! The fact that some of us (I'm one) tries to find rational reasons when it comes to buying a watch is quite another matter.

I like this model and reference mon ami but less so in platinum. Cool blue dial but no sense in platinum for the case 🤷‍♂️. Sadly, it was never offered in titanium which would have been an ideal material IMHO 😕
