So this post is for you! When it comes to speak about the Reverso and Enamel, we immediately have in mind the Eclipse, which offers the charm of an enamel dial and the discretion of the curtain, which hides or exposes to the admiration of everybody's eyes...  

but those are really beautiful pieces of art. The recto side on the Email is simple yet complex, the blue minute track adds much charm to the dial. I like the discretion of the curtain on the Eclipse too, I handled one at the AD and can relive the experie... 

I would be very pleased to see such an enamel " simple " Reverso with a sapphire case back. I fell so deeply in love with this dial! Best, my friend. Nicolas

the exhibition back on the Grande Reverso 976 (which isn't terribly interesting, IMO), and give us a GIANT canvas in which to permanently engrave our family crests, university crests, or favorite people? -Dean

I agree with you that if there is not something exceptional ( or at least beautiful ) to see through the case back, a solid one with a nice engraving would do the deal! Best, Nicolas

Wow, that Grande Reverso Email is beautiful, especially the dial. Just lovely. And those Eclipse Reversos. I have not even allowed myself to dream of those, as I fear I would get myself into terrible trouble. Yes, I think I share your dream for the perfec...

.. and a simple but exquisitely finished Reverso with an email dial, yes I think I would get one as that would satisfy my desire for the perfect Reverso. I think more than a few people would like to see MJLC dazzles us with a simple but beautifully finish... 

To compete with the References of this category, like a Lange Anniversary, for example. To get a timeless classic piece, To wear a piece of Art, Well, to be happy, just happy, with such a fine timekeeper. I, too, would be in for such a deliciously simple ...

Your post gave me this great idea! If I had a Jaeger watch with a miniature enamel painting, I'd get a very large frame. However, in the middle of this very large frame, there will only be this small Jaeger-LeCoultre watch. Thanks Rob!

I have been dreaming about these watches the whole weekend in Paris. The funny city where a cup of cappuchino is easily costing € 7.00 and a Coce Light € 9.00. The same city from where I made a month ago the longest bus trip of my life - a trip costing mo... 

Well I warned you that Paris is a strange City! But it can also feed some crazy dreams, like this Rectangular one. In this case, I think that if you consider yourself as a keeper for the next generation, you should rather go on a solid platinum case back ... 

Nico, I have in my too long shopping list ALS Richard Lange, one simple Patek and VC Patrimony. All in Platin. If JLC would make and sell me a Reverso in the same case size as their Grand GMT with the enamel dial as pictured in your story, with a 8-days m... 

And your Passion for such a timepiece. A Rectangular timeless watch, with a sublime dial and a nice movement would certainly play on the same field than the watches you mentioned. GT, or XGT case, relatively thin case, and the appropriate finish: A revero... 

I'm a bit surprised that it seems Jaeger-LeCoultre has been offering more enamel decorated watches. If I remember correctly, the enamel department only consists of one gentleman and one lady. I'm a bit surprised that they all of a sudden seem to be produc... 

The enamel pieces are produced in a confidential way... And the price of such pieces is another reason of their confidential production. It takes such a long time to make a perfect enamel dial that a massive production is impossible. I'm convinced that JL... 

It'll be nice to see some Will Turner or Munch paintings miniaturized on one. I wanted to engrave my dead dog's image on mine.

me like it long time :0) Ahhh you always know how to cheer me up when I have bad day .... but you also play all the right (or is it wrong cards) :0)) when it comes to completely derange me and thank you for finally posting picture of "much" Reverso my all...

Nico, I never drink booze. Drinking is the national hobby of my nation and I want to be a different youngster. But if JLC will produce our Dream Reverso, I will then invite you to Lido and try a glass of this bubbling booze you have in Paris, i.e. Dom Per... 

I would love to own a Reverso enamel, but being completely hand made and artful and all that, unfortunately it makes the price too high for me to afford. If I had lots of money I would love to have one personalised one in enamel.

It would also depend on the metal, the work on the case back, on the movement... I guess it will make a big difference from a simple Reverso, but at what point, I don't know. But Dreams don't have a price! Best, Nicolas

Forget about the complications, get me the duo-enamel! Seriously, a time only enamel dial reverso in white gold or platinum would be hard to beat, and more affordable than an Eclipse. Thank you for the eye candy and putting water in my mouth! Best, Rick
