Now that I've had my Duometre for half a year, the only thing I wasn't ready for was the weight. I've never had a chunky watch like this before, but you've gotta strap it down tight or it will slide!
I also think that it looks better when there's some blue light, and the dial looks slightly navy. If they'd come back and make this in navy dial, rather than dark gray dial, I think they'd get some serious sales. Do navy with a brown strap.
But that's nitpicking! The watch kicks ass and I love it.

Amongst the most impressive chronographs from the last 20 years !!! Just imagine if one of these hyped independents would offer something like this (if they would be able to do so) : this would be a very very high six figure watch 😲

Any idea what it costs to service. Seems like this movement severely limits your service choices as well. That’s kept it off my list. Love the look.

I suspect they have a monopoly on service, so there is nothing stopping them from hyper inflating that. They will still sell new ones, because let's be honest, most buyers don't ask about servicing costs when purchasing.

Absolutely, in today’s flex and wrist shot culture and buying and selling for pictures, brands make killing out of this type of people!
