Jaeger-LeCoultre

Love the look of the JLC Cal. 877 movement.

Firstly, a BIg Congrats Nicolas on passing your 200k post!

Your posts are always very enjoyable to read and your photos are superb too! Thanks a lot for your time and effort in sharing your passion and knowledge with us, I have learnt lots from you.

I have not posted for a long time, but still a regular viewer of this awesome site=)

My Master 8 Days is in Stainless Steel with a silver sunburst dial.

Love the swan neck regulator and the côtes soleillées layout of the Cal. 877 manual winding movement.

The Cal. 877 Movement in the Master Antoine LeCoultre won a Special Jury award in 2003 at the Le Grand Prix D'horlogerie De Genève http://www.gphg.org/horlogerie/fr/montres/master-antoine-lecoultre. My Master 8 Days has the same movement just without the signature on the movement.

This Stainless Steel version of the Master 8 days is a watch that is "Alive" in my opinion.

As throughout the day one can slowly observe different parts of the watch front change from the Half-frosted Dauphine Hands to blue small seconds, grande date, day/night indicator, and blue power reserve indicator. Even when the lights are off its lume comes on ^^

Here are some of my old photos I posted in the past (most were found on the web when I was researching on my watch. Will take more of my M8D in future, thanks for looking.

Best Regards,
Brian
