...if outer dial is original. If there were lume dots at the 5 minute markers, then it probably is. But is it original to this watch? Black dials were relatively rare back then.
Paired with silver inner dial? Just looks strange to me.
Hands were certainly redone.
IMO, this one is too risky.

Does this dial look right?
1960's Memovox in a vintrage watch shop window. I haven't seen this dial before. Does it look right? Hands? Shopkeeper says it is all original and not refinished, but the printing looks a little off to me....
