Hi guys,
I didn't expect my Duo to run this fast. My GT from way back didn't have this issue. I had to check again and see. I wore it for a better part of the work day yesterday, fully wound, and setting the correct time and all that. Then I switched to a different piece and laid it to rest overnight. It already gained a couple of minutes at that time. This morning, 5 minutes so far.
Anyway, I just want to know if this is something that corrects over time (I'm thinking probably not).
If not, would you guys advise me to send it in for regulation (I'll have to find out if they respect international warranties and if it's going to be done locally or be sent to HK). Btw, I don't even need it to be running according to chronometre specs. My speedy runs +15 secs a day and I really don't mind it. If they can keep it to at least that, that would be cool enough.
I'll check with the JLC boutique over the weekend. I'm not overly concerned about it as I didn't intend for this piece to be a daily wearer (although I find myself strapping it on more often than usual).
