Thank you for your comments.

I have tried repeatedly to escalate the issue with IWC but without success. I should have addressed this issue with my AD and will should this happen to me another time.

I am not expecting IWC to fix the issue at this point but merely raising the issue for other owners and potential buyers. The biggest disappointment has been the way my issue has been dealt with at IWC (very slow initial response, 2mths, and thereafter no reply what so ever to my subsequent communications).
