I'm wearing my EZM 1.1 right now after a day at the warehouse. It is the ultimate tool watch. It doesn't celebrate time or horology, it isn't a fashion or status statement. The countdown bezel/timer and central chrono is all about efficiency and being able to count down to a goal. With this watch time is used to achieve some other externality, the watch itself is only a tool.
That said, I know what you mean, sometimes when I'm wearing it I do miss having a little bling in the wrist. The Rolex is probably just as durable as either the IWC or the Sinn and can take the same beating and win some style points as well. However, today's Rolex has a lot of baggage between lack of availability, price, social stigmas, etc so it just isn't the tool watch it once may have been and isn't a real substitute to the IWC or Sinn imho. I would add a submariner if you want to give that a spin but I wouldn't sell the IWC and the Sinn to get it.
