And more than a source indicates a 22 mm lug width but no mention of buckle size. That said, I am going to guess 18 mm at the buckle knowing IWC's strap sizing practices.

Hi, I'm interested in purchasing a new strap for the Ref. 5251. Does anyone know the lug size and what the strap tapers down to at the buckle?
