it's not really my doing. I'm just a punter with his own priorities,,,,the guy with the talent, imagination and guts to see it through is Aaron himself. A nicer guy you could not hope to meet,,,if you'll excuse the double negative.

I hit on the idea (I'm sure not original) to have the watch vertical and not flat, face up. This reduced the reflections dramatically and made it physically much easier to handle the camera on it's tripod. Fuji XM1 and 35mm prime lens. Kind regards Antony...

One man's meat is another mans poison....perhaps the raison d'etre of an artisan watchmaker is helping their client realise their dreams. I must admit to some of my dreams being weirder than weird. But I get your point.

But I would find fewer occasions where I would feel it is appropriate to wear them; this particular one looks much more versatile, that is all...

I cannot help but feel there is a significant distinction between the two and that the vast majority of watch designs are Artisan rather than artistic creations. I would be most interested to hear your view. ATB Antony

English is not exactly my native language, so the finer points of semantics elude me But would definitely say that Aaron (if I remember the name right) is both - there are many watches, which one could claim come from a real artisan; his creations definit...

I prefer your custom piece to what I've seen on Becsei's website - it's relatively restrained and cool. The overall craftsmanship (dial, case, movement) is outstanding. The logo on the dial is the only element that I'm not fond of, honestly.
