I thought I had a decent vocabulary, but I had to look that one up! It of course turned out not to be a small South American republic, but a medical state including, among other things, low blood pressure.
Brilliant! If we can all couple racing heart rates with low blood pressure, we'll be a lot healthier to enjoy our timepieces.

I think that people are led astray by photos of the Antiqua -- as you know, it is much more delicate in life than in images. The time telling dials, of course, are very different in size indeed! All the best, Gary
