and as I know you are a De Bethune lover too, it is a very nice feeling to share. About the finish you're right, all models are not exactly at the same level but you mentionned it is of a very high grade, I think I'll take the time one day to make a dary ... 

Both brands seem to stick to their own values. Some of them are important to me and therefore I appreciate both a lot. Both brands have different aproaches, but they are both outstanding - for sure. Back to your point. Would love to see a (in-depth) compa... 

And concerning the comparision review I think it will be quite fun and as there are many subjects of discussions between them I bet many of the issues will be brought by members of the forum themselves , more than me ^^ Best, Mark

We seem to share much in our passion for watches. 1815 and DB25 are also two in my drawer... However, I will have to view your post once and again while my DB25 comes back from service...not a fast thing at DB I must say... Thanks for sharing! Juan

Well, it's not the "next" big thing because it's obviously getting big already! It's great to see more and more DB owners amongst us, and a lot of us are attracted to this innovative brand! Congrats Boreale on the great catch!
