There is way more content here than the convexe double balance...
...all the bridges are more complex with a higher effort in finishing, plates have additional decoration on the sides, dial is polished instead of blasted, sapphire case more complex, etc etc The only advancement I see in the Convexe line is maybe additional shock protection.
At this level I don't think you can justify the price nor really expect the watch to hold it's value, both are arbitrary at this level and disconnected from the actual object. Compared to 99.99% of other watches out there this is absurdly priced.... but compared to anything vintage Rolex, RM or Dufour at a similar price, I think this is a great value

average size; not large and not skinny either. I don’t know the exact measurement. But the watch wears very well.

You know what you are talking about. Your concerns are valid. Its up to you. Could you get a better watch for that money? Perhaps. The sapphire case comes with a huge premium. Worth it? I dont know. Only you can tell. Other GF models? Also an option.

Personally, the sapphire is worth it. It's a rare enough material in terms of the number of watch makers willing to work with it and this is a very limited edition. I wouldn't dream of comparing it to titanium, even if a smaller case size is more in the r...

Then I think you would be happier with a different GF. Go for what you like best about the brand.

With only 11 ever made, the secondary market price is going to be volatile, similar to anything that changes hands very infrequently. This exact watch may not come up for sale in the secondary market for many years or there may be a motivated seller alrea...
