The nice thing about dealing with independents is the accessibility.

I spent some time this afternoon with Pierre Jacques at their exhibition and got to sample their recent issues including their Grand Complication - which is actually wearable on my 17.2cm wrist as you can see.

The cantilever lug system makes their larger pieces still work on smaller wrists and the breadth and depth of their line is impressive.

The „simple“ watch on the 4th picture looks the best on your wrist. Or is that just because of the perspective? Regarding accessibility I have made the experience that also some independents (like some special watches of Moser) are also not so easy to get...

The simple watch happens to be a monopusher chronograph!

My favourite watch due to it trying to impersonate a simple dress watch! ...

I think MTR was referring to the Starry Seas?

But I too love the stealth of the monopusher. I have a DB - but nothing stealthy about it 🤣 ...

Absolutely gorgeous!

Do you find it on the thick side at 11.9mm?

No.
