the 38 mm diameter will fit your wrist well. I prefer this version to the anchor hands...

And I too prefer these hands because for me the anchor hands clutter the dial a little especially on the smaller case size.

I should also mention the hacking seconds - the hand stops when the crown is pulled out.

The watches look great and the deadbeat complication looks like it was really nicely integrated to the movement.
