there is certainly a similarity. The big difference is that the Strom movement has the winding train, the ratchet wheels, on the dial side. Using an open dial they will then be visible from the dial side. I can't wait to see the complete watches. Don

...look great, they might fatten up the movement, but they really add something to the design. Once again, thanks for posting so much detail.

I look forward to seeing the watch it is put in. While I like Armin Strom's skeleton work, the designs of his watches do not appeal to me yet. - SJX
