Speaking of hitting the right spot...

I am a little bit biased but I felt I had to say something to make it a fairer "fight". If you have not already done so, I urge you to consider the DB27 instead. Wonderfully light, extremely comfortable (thanks to those sprung lugs!) and so nice to live with - auto with 6+ days PR (how do they do it?!); but the aesthetics are truly the icing on the cake... Equal parts classical and "far out", the DB27 is much tamer than the DB28 but a more successful bridging of the past and future, for which you seem to be searching. It also trumps the DB28 for me because it is utterly understated! Tiny "DE BETHUNE" on the dial is barely visible - and on that note the dial finishing is almost at a molecular level! Even the tang buckle is beautifully signed... on the INSIDE! Sorry for the gushing but I'm in the midst of a full-blown schoolgirl crush on DB! Don't take my word for it though. Go back to your AD and slap one on your wrist. See if it comes off easily... (",)

Independant horology is another world into the watchmaking industry. The spirit that underlies each brand is something very important. Thus, I would say that challenging two such different watches is a very personnal process. I guess it is very hard to gi...

I am kinda old school guy therefore though my heart would love to sing for DB, based on material, silicon and Ti is simply not my type. LM 1 would be my first choice but I confess no one could immune the charming of DB, such a hardcore with spine. Perfect...
