I’m perhaps a bit conservative, but I feel that a Genève made watch that caters to the classic school of watch making should have Cote de Genève. just as I like it when a Roger Smith does his tradition frosted finish without beveling the edges. I’m not saying that you can not or should not do one or the other. I just prefer a watch to stick to its origin as both finishes are beautiful- depending on how well they have been executed.

Would Love to See more variations in movement finishing. That's also one reason why I bought a Grönefeld Remontoire.

If one cannot find enough beauty in that movement, a few "cotes de geneve" are not going to fix it. Vte
1 after looking at this LF I was thinking what we'd even need Côtes de Geneve for-as long as we get inward angles.

Not a fan of frosted finish
I guess it looks too easy to do compared to the engraved finishes. I know that may not be the case just how it suggests to me.
