I’m perhaps a bit conservative, but I feel that a Genève made watch that caters to the classic school of watch making should have Cote de Genève. just as I like it when a Roger Smith does his tradition frosted finish without beveling the edges. I’m not saying that you can not or should not do one or the other. I just prefer a watch to stick to its origin as both finishes are beautiful- depending on how well they have been executed.
