Nice move from Christopher Ward!
I like their approach on making interesting complication affordable yet reliable. Choosing to use standard but respectable movement like Selita but adding their own complication module is a great idea. Their jumping second and this one are good executions!
Not sure I'll get one as I try to keep my number of watches low, but I can see the appeal.
One slightly negative side: A pity that they put the "swiss made" writing in the middle, a bit intrusive.

A cool watch, and especially for the reasonable price.
I'm glad to see it on the market, and with this complication brought at a relatively low price of entry. My only caveat is the timekeeping parameters, which are very wide. John

Even a lowly Timex can be regulated to ~2 sec/day on-wrist. The C1 Bel Canto is an easy to work with Sellita SW200-1 movement.
If it's so easy, why won't Christopher Ward do it?
For this complication and price point, the timekeeping parameters aren't a deal killer, but I think it's a fair objection, however minor one may view it.
Watchmaker hours are $$$ plus are harder to 'find'.
Would you invest $200 more for higher accuracy? If so, buy one and wear it for a few weeks. Then take it to a watchmaker letting them know your real-world on-wrist accuracy and have it re-regulated. Easy Or invest the $200 and buy a timegrapher and have f...

Christopher Ward have assured me that the watch should perform well within the stated specs. Remember that they offer a remarkable warranty and refund policy.
Meh...shifting this burden on the customer doesn't work for me. Obviously your mileage varies...

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this one. I personally think all things considered regulated to +/-20 seconds per day with the complication is acceptable. Christopher Ward have assured me that the watch will perform well within this tolerance.
My Zeitwerk was +10 - 15 seconds a day and ALS told me that's normal
So no complaints here lol

Ordered the Rosa with leather last month during the signed up pre-order sneak preview and thought that was it….
Till today’s release so I cancelled my order, partly because the delivery was for October. I’ll wait till end of the year, should be readily available then, maybe with a decent discount 😬

The heavily reworked base of the Selita was a good choice for many reasons. CW did well with this project.
