MOP dials are an acquired taste I agree...
I actually do not like most of MOP for men, this one has happened to cross my way (5 years ago) and still has me mesmerised by its beauty.
The octa calendrier is the first Journe model that caught my attention when starting my horological journey, I like very much the design which I can agree is rather polarising.

Interesting Walter. Why is this "not FPJ"? It would seem that FPJ have produced a large number of MOP dialed watches, and so it seems to the contrary that MOP is perhaps "very FPJ".
I would agree that many executions of MOP by other brands can be somewhat feminine, ALS is a good example of this. However I've never had this same thought about FPJ.
